In June of 2025 Messy Monets hosted its first toddler art camp. Nursery Rhyme Time included fun process art and lots of sensory play for a group of eight 2 and 3 year olds and their grownups. We sang, wiggled, and played for one hour every morning for a week. It was so much fun we couldn’t wait to host our second camp in July.
In July we hosted a morning and evening camp called, A Masterclass in Mess. We had 16 toddlers and preschoolers making, creating, and messing with the messiest, gooiest, slimiest process art and sensory bins we could dream up. Every day was bath day that week, with splatter painting, slime making, paint filled water toys, and more!
In August we slowed it down a bit and hosted The Art of Wild Things, an art camp for Toddlers and Preschoolers to explore Art in nature and making art with things we find in nature. We spent half the week outside, exploring, playing, painting, and creating. It was the perfect end to our first summer at Messy Monets.
Ms. Bobbie spent the rest of August and the beginning of September getting the new studio space ready to use before Fall classes launched.
