A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your celebration date and time. Dates are not held until this fee is received.
The remaining balance is due by the start of the celebration unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Final guest count and selected project/theme must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the celebration so materials and studio setup can be prepared.
Reservation fees are non-refundable, as they secure your date and cover preparation time.
If you need to reschedule, one date change may be accommodated with at least 7 days’ notice, based on studio availability.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 7 days’ notice may result in forfeiture of the reservation fee unless due to illness or emergency.
Messy Monets Studio Celebrations are creative, hands-on experiences designed to be enjoyed respectfully by all participants.

We reserve the right to end a celebration early if behavior becomes unsafe or destructive, though this is very rare and easily avoided with clear expectations.
Participation in art activities may include the use of paint, basic art tools, sensory materials, and movement within the studio space.
